By clearly defining some areas of your ministry it will help you determine what you do and what you don’t do.

Mission
– The Purpose – Does your church have a mission statement. Something that defines it's mission in the community. Why it existsVision – The Picture – Does your church have a long-term vision of where it wants to be or achieve. Where is it going?
Position – The Perception – What does your community think of when they hear your name? Is it what you want? They say perception is reality. Who are you? Who do you want to be?

- Seesmic - http://seesmic.com (web and desktop app available. Developer tells me iPhone app coming soon)-Great way to manage Twitter
- Tweetie -http://www.atebits.com/tweetie-iphone/ - Twitter app. My favorite one
- Tripit - http://www.tripit.com – Travel management
- Hootsuite - http://hootsuite.com – Schedule tweets, selective posting, track stats, Lists, multiple users can post, brand monitoring
