Defining Your Organizations MVP

By clearly defining some areas of your ministry it will help you determine what you do and what you don’t do.
(Here's the short version)
Mission
  – The Purpose – Does your church have a mission statement. Something that defines it's mission in the community. Why it exists
Vision  – The Picture – Does your church have a long-term vision of where it wants to be or achieve. Where is it going?
Position  – The Perception – What does your community think of when they hear your name? Is it what you want? They say perception is reality. Who are you? Who do you want to be?
